An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Beauty Sales Representative to join a dynamic and prestigious luxury skincare brand. Our client is renowned for its high-performance products that combine advanced active ingredients with potent botanicals to address a wide range of skin concerns. Known for delivering visible results, this brand prides itself on creating "clean" beauty products that are free from harmful chemicals such as parabens, sulphates, and phthalates, while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious packaging.

Role Overview: The Beauty Sales Representative will be respons for driving in-store sales through exceptional customer service and promoting a range of innovative skincare solutions. Working closely with store management and the sales team, the successful candidate will help increase brand awareness and ensure that sales targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all in-store clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and peers.
  • Take responsibility for personal sales performance and regularly report results.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product range and provide tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
  • Ensure the store environment is visually appealing and fully stocked, with attention to merchandising and product replenishment.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry, ideally within the skincare sector.
  • Proven success in providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Professional Beauty Therapy qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and passionate about skincare and luxury beauty.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with national travel and weekend work as required.
