The OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to provide exceptional skincare and wellness services while achieving sales targets within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Based in a luxury Boutique & Spa in London, you will perform professional treatments, offer expert skincare advice, and create a bespoke experience for every client. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, recommending tailored skincare solutions, and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Working closely with the Boutique & Spa team, you will also provide expert facial and body massage treatments. If you have a deep love for luxury skincare, enjoy delivering high-quality treatments, and are sales-driven, this is the perfect role for you!
Salary - Up to £33k
Days of work - Full flexibility needed Mon -Sun
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze clients' skin conditions, providing personalized skincare recommendations.
- Confidently perform consultations and luxury facial treatments for all clients, including VIPs.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Recommend and sell skincare products with expert knowledge and confidence.
- Participate in and support in-store events to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.
- Be a true ambassador for the brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
About You
- Experience as a facial therapist within the luxury skincare industry.
- Certified in body massage and experienced in providing high-quality treatments.
- Previous experience in a retail or spa environment, preferably within beauty or wellness.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Ability to deliver personalized treatments and confidently recommend skincare solutions.
- Familiarity with spa protocols, treatment materials, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Professional approach to consultations, skincare analysis, and application techniques.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work early/late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
