As a senior team member, the therapist will lead by example, upholding the highest professional standards and contributing to the salon’s continued success.Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, waxing, nail services, and massages.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Support and mentor junior therapists, assisting in their professional development.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest service.
Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum).
- 2-3 years of experience working in a salon or spa environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding beauty treatments and client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Details
