We are offering a dynamic and challenging role as a Customer Billing Specialist at a prestigious location in Stratford, London. The rate will begin at £23.18/hr Umbrella (inside IR35), increasing to £29.03/hr after 12 weeks (inside IR35). This role plays an important function within the organisation to ensure a seamless invoicing & payment experience for the customer.
What You Will Do
- Drive resolution of customer concerns ensuring timely payment and maintaining healthy account balances.
- Lead the end-to-end aging receivables process, partnering with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Finance Teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers across various channels to resolve billing queries and concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management, ensuring compliance with billing and accounting regulations.
- Support market communication in multiple languages, enhancing customer experience.
- Analyse and report on accounts receivable and billing metrics, contributing to the company's financial health.
What You Will Bring
- Proven track record in resolving complex customer concerns and managing aged receivables.
- Proficiency in English & German (French is also desirable).
- Experience with billing, payment processing, and working within a global, multi-market environment.
- Experience with CRM, billing, and accounts receivable software
- Creativity, critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Billing, Customer Service, or related fields.
