About the Role

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AEROSPACE/AVIATION/MANUFACTURING!

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of service events. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, handling enquiries, overseeing service progress, and resolving issues.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Organise customer meetings and provide regular updates on service progress.
  • Coordinate service events, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
  • Oversee inspections and reporting of any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Manage customer complaints and warranty claims, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in customer service within a technical industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and customer-focused.
