Passive Fire Contracts Manager - London

PSR Solutions are currently assisting a leading specialist contractor in their search for a Contracts Manager on London schemes.

This opportunity is working in their passive fire division. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a site management position within passive fire.

Job Role: Contracts Manager (Passive Fire)

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + package (DOE)

Location: London (mixture of site and office based)

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives.
Overseeing works on several sites.

Contracts Manager Person Specification:

Strong knowledge of passive fire regulations & products.
Proven experience in a similar role in the fire safety industry (Site/Project Management, Site Supervisor, etc).
