Job Profile:

Our Installation and Maintenance Coordinator is integral to the successful delivery of the install and maintenance programme. You will ensure the services are delivered successfully, by utilising planning and communication skills whilst having a passion for getting things done.

Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact with customer, team of field engineers and external parties.

Assist maintenance engineers and installation teams with collating visit schedules from external parties.

Respond and resolve to 1st and 2nd line support queries professionally and efficiently.

Utilise multiple IT systems for the processing of maintenance tickets.

Coordinate scheduling of resource visits and surveys and book in visits with retailers/shopping centres as required.

Liaise with internal warehouse team for spare parts, advise on stock inventory and management.

Collaborate with coordinators and partners to resolve issues onsite within SLAs.

Ensure processes are maintained and updated.

Escalate issues and project deviations to Programme Manager and maintain programme overview.

Organise documentation and store correctly.

Update cost systems and issue supplier purchase orders where required.

Consult with parties for outstanding information.

Collate and present performance feedback to both internal and external project stakeholders.
