This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Front Office professional or Duty Manager to oversee the seamless day-to-day operation of the hotel and provide a world-class experience to our esteemed guests, including VIPs and celebrities. The Duty Manager will ensure all teams adhere to Forbes Travel Guide and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards, maintaining the impeccable reputation of our property.
About the Role:
Manage the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest experience.
Act as the main point of contact for VIPs and high-profile guests, delivering personalized service and discretion.
Lead and inspire the hotel teams to consistently meet and exceed Forbes and LQA standards.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics through proactive engagement and feedback analysis.
Liaise between all departments to ensure flawless communication and coordination.
Support the senior management team by providing strategic and operational assistance.
Handle complex guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and poise.
Champion a culture of excellence and drive continuous improvement across all areas.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a Duty Manager or similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
Expertise in delivering and upholding Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
A calm and composed demeanour when managing high-profile guests and handling challenging situations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and take responsibility for the hotel activity while on shift.
A genuine passion for hospitality, luxury service, and guest satisfaction.
