About the Role:

RSR is seeking an experienced Housing Sector Community Safety Consultant for a challenging and complex commercial engagement. This role involves managing sensitive and high-risk Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases on behalf of housing sector organisations. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective case management, evidence collection, and legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases and high-risk incidents.
  • Prepare case files and represent organisations in court proceedings, from evidence preparation through to prosecution.
  • Utilise a range of tools and methods for evidence collection and management in housing sector cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in housing law related to ASB.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing complex ASB cases within the housing sector.
  • Experience attending court and representing an organisation, including case file preparation and prosecution.
  • In-depth knowledge of evidence collection tools and methodologies used in the housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and legislation in housing law related to ASB.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Rate: £300 per day (Outside IR35)
