- Avatar & Character Creation: Design and create high-quality, visually appealing clothing and costumes for avatars, along with other characters and creatures that will engage and delight our users
- Collaboration: Work closely with art, animation, and technical art teams to ensure high standards and alignment across all aspects of the creative process
- Production Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of production-ready character assets, including clothing and character variants, that meet project specifications
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, providing feedback on both technical and artistic aspects of their models and textures

- Strong communication and collaboration skills; the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- A portfolio that showcases excellent character creation and design, as well as the ability to deliver content optimized for real-time systems (i.e., game engines)
- Practical experience setting character asset quality standards and delivering assets to game engines, with the ability to debug and resolve related issues
- Highly proficient in industry-standard software (Maya, Z-Brush, Substance, commercial game engines, etc.)
- Expertise in human anatomy and the ability to represent this in a stylized manner, adhering to established art guides
- Strong understanding of low-poly modelling techniques, particularly for mobile and VR platforms
- Experience in costume design and a keen understanding of current fashion trends
- Experience working with outsourcers or external contributors to ensure quality and consistency
- Ability to skin character models and adjust geometry/skin weights to ensure smooth deformation during animation
