THE COMPANY

Our Client is a leading content agency, with high production value, creativity and marketing expertise. With a strong reputation and experts with experience behind the camera, they are looking for a passionate individual who has a keen interest in brand content creation to create scroll-stopping content.

 

THE ROLE

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to refine and expand your skills while collaborating with a dynamic and experienced team of professionals, bringing fresh ideas and a creative perspective to the art of filmmaking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and animate text, logos, and 2D vector elements, ensuring they align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Manage projects from initial briefs to final delivery, meeting deadlines and design expectations with polished results.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to produce visually compelling video content and elevate creative outputs.
  • Translate static visuals and brand assets into dynamic animations that tell engaging stories and resonate with audiences.
  • Share your expertise with junior team members, contribute to workflow improvements, and assist freelancers to ensure project success.
  • Help scope project timelines with the Studio Manager, provide time estimates, and keep the Accounts team updated on progress.

 

THE PERSON

To be successful in the role you will have experience creating social-first motion graphics, with expert skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite tools like Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop. A solid understanding of post-production workflows, HD codecs, and tools like Audition is essential.

You will be organised, collaborative, and confident managing fast-paced deadlines while contributing creative ideas. As well as have strong design skills including typography, branding, and 2D animation principles, enabling you to deliver high-quality projects.

Using tools such as Slack and Monday.com to stay on top of projects and communication.
