Sonic Summary

This full-time position is based in London with small hybrid flexibility and requires site visits, including occasional night and weekend work.

The role involves reviewing contractor fit-out information, assessing existing structures, and liaising with clients and contractors while preparing fee proposals and project documentation.
Site visits will primarily occur in Central London from 8am, with the possibility of early finishes and occasional Saturday and Bank Holiday cover, all compensated accordingly.
The position requires a commitment to being on-site and working closely with the project team, with occasional work-from-home opportunities.

Experience in retail fit-out and refurbishment, particularly high-end retail in historic buildings.
Review of contractor's fit out information, design and assessment of existing structures
Liaison with the Client and contractor, preparation of fee proposals and project documentation
Working as part of a busy and friendly project team
Site visits from 8am in Central London (can finish early); must be prepared to come into Central London every day if required, including Fridays
There may be occasional Saturday site visits which will be typically 8am - 10am (before store opening) and these will be paid*
There may be occasional Bank Holiday cover required*
There may be occasional late night visits*
Site visits to Heathrow, Gatwick and other Airports will be required on occasion; as well as other retail locations within striking distance of London eg Milton Keynes, Lakeside
Can work from home on occasion, but an essential part of the role is the site visits as well as coordination and interaction with the project team. Therefore it is expected that the majority of the work time will be on site and in the WSP office.
