Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Design Engineering Manager to lead the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC (MEPh) systems from concept to completion. This role ensures high-quality, compliant designs are delivered on time while aligning with industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams (internal and subcontractors) to deliver quality designs within deadlines.
  • Oversee and structure the MEPh design process, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Manage the change control process to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to align designs with expectations and standards.
  • Estimate and manage resources to effectively support project delivery.

About You:

  • Strong technical knowledge of MEPh systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety design.
  • Proven experience in managing complex design projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification (e.g. Chartered Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, or similar)
  • Proficiency with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP)
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy modelling
