Field Service Engineer 

Salary: £40k – £50k + Vehicle + Company Card + Bonus

Location: UK - South 

 

nGenium is currently recruiting for a chromatography specialist Field service engineer. Our client is a global specialist provider of analytical instrumentation and lab equipment service and support working with Pharmaceutical companies and research facilities across the UK, EU and the US. 

 

In this Chromatography Field Service Engineer position, an engineer can expect:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to product performance.
  • Performing service, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Calibrating customer equipment in accordance with specified standards.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and improve service
  • Providing remote technical support to customers.

 

A suitable chromatography Field Service Engineer would need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer position on chromatography equipment.
  • Experience and knowledge of HPLC.
  • Experience in a customer facing role with strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Clean UK driving license and full right to work.
