Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Greater London

Duties:
- Completing machine filters/de-scales
- Collaborating with the service desk daily
- Managing and recording service responses to machine breakdowns
- Performing necessary repairs and reporting major faults
- Using Vend Manager to respond to service calls and complete reports
- Completing all required paperwork to company standards
- Liaising with sub-contractors for certain machine repairs
- Installing machines, coin mechanisms, and card readers
- Registering equipment on Vend Manager or other software
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during and after installations
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence*
- DBS Certificate (the company can obtain on your behalf)
- 2-3 years' experience as a field service engineer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong external and internal communication skills
- Live locally to Greater London
- Experience with coffee and vending machines is desirable but not essential.
