We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Specialist for a permanent position with a major global retail brand. This role is based in Central London with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering day-to-day application support and managing projects.
- Ideally, experience in Dynamics 365 or AX (F&O or Sales/CRM).
- Providing configuration, maintenance, and support for various business applications, including testing and training.
- Proposing and implementing system improvements and enhancements.
- Managing project documentation and maintaining a document management system.
- Acting as a key resource for the Service Desk and Technical Support Team.
- Generating reports relevant to project and application phases.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in an Application Support role (essential). Please apply only if you have direct application support experience (not just 1st line or desktop support).
- Experience with D365 or Dynamics AX is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Server Administration, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 or certification preferred.
