What You’ll Be Doing as a Junior Quality Engineer:

• Assisting in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of efficiency and product quality.
• Supporting cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Conducting internal audits, inspections, and reporting findings to help drive continuous improvement.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure components meet required specifications and industry standards.
• Assisting in the creation, review, and update of quality documents, including work instructions, procedures, and reports.
• Supporting data collection and analysis to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure quality targets are met.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.

What We’re Looking For in a Junior Quality Engineer:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Good understanding of quality standards, engineering principles, and technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
