**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute engineering solutions, producing accurate drawings for composite manufacturing purposes.
- Generate detailed designs that support the installation process, ensuring products meet high standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure designs meet structural criteria and are completed within agreed timescales.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and suggestions for improvements.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

- A degree in Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within composite manufacturing.
- Proficiency in steel design is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex modelling, surface, product optimisation, and system simulation tasks.
- Expertise in utilising Catia smart tools such as power copy, parametric modelling, catalogues, and design tables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels and support both design engineers and senior design engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design engineering work to both internal and external customers.
