**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide general structural engineering support to design, M&P, and production teams.
- Ensure the structural integrity and safety of designs, supporting the business during bidding processes.
- Conduct various structural analyses to meet client and consultant satisfaction.
- Lead loads development and structural analysis work with various materials.
- Oversee small teams, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery of structural engineering tasks.
- Review and check structural reports, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
- Support production or site teams with repair processes in line with established work instructions.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
- BSc/MS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field - Composites essential
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in classical hand calculations and FEM.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and prioritising team tasks across all project phases.
