About the Role:

We are seeking a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for someone with extensive technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in delivering client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects, ensuring high-quality technical outcomes.
• Provide expert design solutions in reinforced concrete and steel.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Chartered status with MIStructE or MICE.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience for Principal level, or 15 years for Associate level.
• Proven expertise in reinforced concrete and steel design.
• Experience in the nuclear industry and/or seismic design.
• Strong ability to produce detailed client-facing structural documentation.
• Exceptional English language and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
