Our client is a leading provider of engineering services across public and private sectors, with a network of national and international offices.

They have a great opportunity for a Chartered structural engineer at either principal or associate level, who will be offered a clear progression to Directorship. Are you a leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people? Do you have experience of data centre projects and are keen to work on global schemes?

Key Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified MEng/MSc
  • Chartered Engineer - MICE/MIStructE
  • Eurocode 8 or equivalent experience
  • At minimum 6 years' experience at senior level
  • Capability to work on challenging projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to deliver projects/part of projects within programme

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project, team and workload management to deliver projects on time and to budget
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations
  • On-the-job and ad hoc training of more junior staff to meet project needs and support their progression
  • Direct line management of project team(s) through in person support
  • Be fully aware of duty holders responsibilities under the CDM 2015 regulations and apply these to projects, regardless of geographical localisation
