Quality Technologist – Food ManufacturingWimbledon, London | £30,000 - £33,000Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Technologist to join a leading food manufacturer in Wimbledon. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specifications and labels for new product launches
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards are met
  • Manage customer queries and complaints effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health standards, and industry regulations
  • Maintain supplier relationships and assess ingredient quality
  • Document quality processes, incidents, and prepare reports
  • Conduct monthly internal audits to maintain SALSA standards
  • Perform sensory analysis and lab result evaluations
  • Oversee allergy segregation on-site
