Our Client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join their team and contribute to the Old Oak Common Station project. As aSenior Quality Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across the Work Packages assigned to you. Overseeing all quality-related activities and documentation, whilst ensuring all documentation is produced on schedule, addressing and resolving non-conformances promptly.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure quality management is given the highest priority in the delivery of their works toachieve Right First Time.
  • Act as main point of contact for all quality related topics within your Work Packages
  • Support sub-contractor in the development of quality documentation and ensure the reviewof these documents.
  • Check and inspect the works during progress and on completion to ensure that it has beenconstructed in line with the Requirements.
  • Ensure Non-conformances are raised in a timely manner by the sub-contractors, and managedeffectively to ensure their closure within the agreed timeframe.
  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining metrics and dashboards to measure performanceof Quality.
  • Support the Quality Team in the d ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management Systemand in promoting Quality on the project.

Who we're looking for

  • Practical experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably on aproject-based organization
  • Abilitytobuildstrongrelationshipswiththeprojectteammembers,suppliers,clientrepresentatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge and experience relevant to Fibre -reinforced concrete (FRC) works,structural steel, fit-out, MEPH
