Their software is used by over a million users in Medium and Large sized buisnesses worldwide and you will be working in the application support team made up of 6 others. The UK Head Office is London but you can choose to work 100% Remote. There is no on call or out of hours work with this role.

Description
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Investigate the root cause of performance issues (SQL Database)
- Work closely with clients
- Write complex queries in SQL
- Escalation point
- Work closely with Engineering, QA and Product Management
Profile
Must haves:
- SQL
- SSMS
- Worked in a similar role ie Application Support / Technical Support / Application Development / Software Engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Client facing experience
Nice to haves:
- C#
- Can speak a second language (French or German ideally!)
