Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

What Youll Be Doing:
- Creative Design: Work on innovative engineering solutions for projects spanning multiple disciplines.

- Project Ownership: Manage technical and commercial aspects of exciting projects.

About You:
Were looking for someone whos independent, proactive, and loves a challenge. Youll have:
- A degree (HNC, Bachelors, or Masters) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3+ years of Structural Engineering experience in the UK
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
- A knack for creative, out-of-the-box problem solving.
- Confidence in communicating technical concepts and working collaboratively.
- The drive to keep learning and growing professionally.
