The client is a innovative D&B Fit Out contractor who mainly concentrates on building beautiful work space for their clients. They have a massive bank of already won jobs and great potential for peoples growth. Quality, Health & safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. They have won many awards on their jobs so they are expecting new talent to come through with them.
With the constant want for growth a Technical / Pre Construction Director position has come up. This could someone who is already at this level, or an individual looking for a step up.
You will be in charge of pricing, design, and all different contract matters from tender stage to project going live. In charge of estimating, tendering teams etc, working closely with the design team to make sure projects are won.
A full job specification can be provided for suitable candidates.
Must have experience in:
- Cost Planning
- Value Engine
- Pre Contractual matters
- Commercial / estimating in D&B world
- 5+ years experience in the industry
This role may also be called Pre Construction Director, Pre Construction Manager, Estimating Manager, Commercial Manager, Pre-Con Manager etc
