Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their well-established independent consultancy. The successful candidate will work on projects across a range of sectors such as industrial, commercial, education, transportation, planning, and entertainment.

Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

  • Relevant Acoustics/Physics degree or similar
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Member of the Institute of Acoustics

Acoustic Consultant Duties:

  • Noise modelling
  • Environmental noise assessment and surveys
  • Building acoustic design
  • Prepare and complete technical reports
  • Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
  • Site visits
  • Support with fee proposal preparation
