The successful candidate will join a highly experienced Architectural team of over 40 Architects, working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. While the role requires independent work, it will be under the direction and support of the Team Manager.

The projects will encompass Residential, Master Planning, Education, and Offices.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide design and technical leadership
  • Demonstrate strong design and technical detailing skills, with Revit experience considered advantageous
  • Effectively express ideas orally, graphically, and in writing
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications
  • Apply a practical, methodical approach to problem-solving, working within fixed budgets and deadlines
  • Manage planning applications and Building Regulations
  • Conduct inspections of building work on-site
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK best practice standards
  • Build and maintain client relationships to identify new opportunities
  • Assist in business development


Required Skills and Experience:

Experience with large-scale residential master planning projects is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate must ensure a high standard of design quality across all projects, working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Creativity, talent, and excellent communication skills will provide broad opportunities for personal and career growth within a dynamic and expanding business.
