Sonic Summary

The London Borough of Richmond & Wandsworth is seeking to hire an Architect.
The position offers a salary of £38 per hour and is inside IR35.
Candidates must be ARB registered and proficient in Autocad, with good knowledge of Revit.
Experience is required in Contract Administrator roles for JCT contracts and as a CDM Principal Designer, as well as involvement in listed building and conservation projects.
A solid understanding of construction details at RIBA Stage 4 and building regulations is also necessary.
