We are currently on the lookout for an Architect for our client, a RIBA Chartered Architectural practice located in Central London. Specialists within the commercial sector, our client work on a variety of large-scale Mixed use, Health science and Industrial. This successful individual will be joining tight knit team, built up of 10 technical and design focused employees with the benefits of hybrid working social events abroad, health insurance and a competitive salary ranging up to £45,000.

Their recruitment motivation is stemming from the influx of exciting projects within the Commercial sectors, kickstarting and expected in the pipeline. The most successful Project Architect will be confident managing projects, particularly on site, therefore an individual who is, personable, a great communicator and confident liaison, is the ideal candidate.

Architect Job Overview
  • Working on a variety of projects within the Commercial sector
  • Work on all RIBA stages - initially stage 4 onwards
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations
  • Using Revit and MicroStation on a daily basis
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
Architect Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years' experience post Part II or Part III
  • Experience carrying out a project on site is preferred
  • ARB Registered
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Proficient with Revit and MicroStation is ideal, happy to provide training if needed
  • Particularly confident working on project going to tender and site
  • Varied Commercial project experience
