Our client, based in Chelsea Harbour, is well-known for delivering bespoke architectural solutions. Their impressive portfolio features luxurious properties and heritage projects in prime locations such as Kensington & Chelsea, as well as internationally.

The practice is celebrated for its unique blend of modern design and heritage conservation, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and attention to detail are at the core of every project. You'll work closely with a talented group of architects and designers, gaining invaluable mentorship and being directly involved in key project decisions. The practice offers a dynamic studio setting that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning-perfect for those who thrive in an office-based role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Your initial project will be a large-scale super prime project located in London
  • Transforming design concepts into high-quality technical drawings and construction detailing packages
  • Using AutoCAD as your daily software
  • Preparing planning drawings for statutory approval authorities
  • Assist with site inspections by either condition surveys, site progress, and analysis of build work and defects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be ARB registered with a minimum of 3 years' experience post-Part-III
  • A minimum of 2 years UK experience
  • Strong experience working on bespoke, high-end residential or commercial projects
  • Have an eye for good design with strong technical and construction knowledge
  • The ability to carry out all aspects of detailing and construction information for residential projects
  • A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD, and Revit is a bonus but not essential.
