Key responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise in Autocad and Revit to produce high-quality designs and drawings.
- Act as a Contract Administrator for JCT contracts, ensuring adherence to specifications and project timelines.
- Take on the CDM Principal Designer role, providing guidance on health and safety aspects.
- Demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of construction details (RIBA Stage 4) and prepare accurate contract documents.
- Previous experience with listed building/conservation projects is highly desirable.
