Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of post-Part 3 experience and strong proficiency in Revit, with knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD being highly desirable.

KeyRequirements:

Minimumof2yearsofpost-Part3experience(PP3).
StrongproficiencyinRevit;knowledgeofRhinoandAutoCADishighlydesirable.
AdegreeinArchitectureorequivalentisessential.
ARBregistrationispreferredbutnotmandatory.
Experienceinhigh-endresidential,hospitality,ormasterplanningprojectsisadvantageous.
AbilitytomanageallRIBAstagesandworkcollaborativelywithinateam.
