Are you a forward-thinking, creative Architect looking to make a real impact in a small, hands-on team? This is an exciting opportunity to join a bespoke London practice specialising in beautifully crafted, people-focused residential architecture in urban neighborhoods. With a team of five, this is a chance to take on real responsibility, work closely with clients, and be part of a studio that values thoughtful, community-driven design.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in every stage of a project, from initial concept through to completion. You'll be working on small-scale, carefully considered residential schemes that enhance neighborhoods and improve people's lives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, initiative, and a willingness to explore new ideas-including an interest in how AI is shaping the future of architecture.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Designing and delivering high-quality, small-scale residential projects
* Working closely with clients to develop tailored design solutions
* Managing projects from concept through to completion
* Using Vectorworks (or a willingness to learn) to produce high-quality drawings
* Engaging with emerging technologies and AI in architecture
What they are looking for:
* ARB-qualified Architect with experience in residential design
* A passion for community-focused, people-scale architecture
* Hands-on and proactive, happy to take responsibility in a small team
* Proficiency in Vectorworks (or an eagerness to learn)
* An interest in exploring AI's and technologies role in architecture to improve efficiency and design
