Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient post-qualification experience
- Proven expertise in residential projects
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High-level proficiency in Revit
- A proactive mindset with a passion for contributing to the company's growth
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Wimbledon
