My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team, providing technical expertise to help realize their clients' visions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring high standards are maintained on-site and that all solutions meet the highest quality benchmarks. You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors, utilizing your excellent technical and construction knowledge to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical solutions and ensure project delivery to a high standard on-site.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects that align with client expectations.

  • Surveying and Feasibility: Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence on design and construction information.

  • Drawing and Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawing packages in Revit and participate in face-to-face client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and proficiency in Revit are essential.

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

  • Collaborative Attitude: An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
