Carve are keen to hear from Architectural Technologists with superb stage 4 delivery experience to join a highly successful executive Architecture practice in London.

The practice boasts a phenomenal track record in delivering high-quality Commercial Workplace, Residential, and Education projects throughout the UK. Priding themselves on a collaborative and friendly studio environment, the hybrid working (3/2 office/home) practice operates out of conveniently located offices in East London.

Due to a versatile project pipeline, we are looking for an individual with broad sector Architectural delivery experience and excellent Revit knowledge. This role offers wide scope for professional development, making it ideal for an ambitious individual keen to take ownership and lead projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical information for tender packages and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Engage and collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. This includes regular site visits, meetings, and communication to address any technical or design issues.
  • Develop and refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Provide creative solutions to design challenges.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works align with design intent, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Utilise advanced Revit skills to produce high-quality architectural construction drawing packs.

Experience required:

  • RIBA,ARB or CIAT accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience across Commercial and Residential projects, with a solid portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Extensive experience in Stage 4 delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Excellent proficiency in Revit is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional ability in using the software for design and technical documentation.
  • Superb attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of design and documentation are meticulously handled.
