My client is searching for a motivated Architectural Technologist with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Central London. The well-established firm works across high-end residential, master planning and leisure projects and has a range of exciting projects on the horizon. The forward-thinking team are excited to welcome a talented Architectural Technologist to the practice.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be chartered, or working towards accreditation, and should have exceptional technical abilities alongside experience working on high-end residential projects. You should have a keen eye for detail and will be proficient using AutoCAD and Vectorworks.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT/MCIAT accredited
  • Extensive experience after qualification
  • Develop exceptional technical designs
  • Maintain a positive, motivated work ethic
  • Strong ability to meet and manage deadlines
  • Confident working both independently and within a team
  • Experience in high-end residential projects is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
  • AutoCAD or Vectorworks experience is beneficial
