Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a Revit using architectural practise with an international presence, on their vacancy for an Architectural Technologist. This opportunity will be joining their London team in Farringdon. Since establishing over 30 years ago our client have developed a talented team of over 60 employees, spread across their 4 offices.

Due to an influx of Residential and Commercial projects, our client are ideally seeking a candidate to be experienced within either of the sectors. Their portfolio also includes retail, leisure, residential and industrial project, with project values ranging up to the 70 million mark. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a vast portfolio working on RIBA stages 4-5, alongside the benefits of flexible working arrangements and open annual leave. Not only do our client priorities both their employees and client's wellbeing/aspirations, their ethos also highlights the importance of sustainability, putting this at the forefront of each project.

Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary, ranging between £40,000 - £50,000

  • Hybrids working after probation, 2 days a week. Required in the office on Mondays and Fridays

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
  • The use of Revit of a daily basis
  • Working on RIBA stages 4-5, on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
  • Opportunity to progress and achieve CIAT status
  • Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions
  • Carrying out site visits and writing NBS Specification
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualified
  • Experience working within a variety of sectors, preferably Residential or Commercial
  • Revit proficient
  • Experience working on RIBA stages 4-5
  • 2+ years post qualification experience
  • Experience writing NBS Specification, is preferred
  • Live in a commutable distance of Farringdon
