Architectural Technologist

Our client is an architectural practice based in Camden, London. They are known for their work in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, often focusing on modern and sustainable designs. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join an international and growing team and work on diverse and exciting projects. We are also open to applications from Architects that want to focus on technical RIBA stages.

• Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Work on RIBA Stages 4-6, focusing on technical delivery, coordination, and construction oversight
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet client expectations
• Attend site visits and resolve technical issues during the construction phase

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist/Architect
• Proven proficiency in Revit
• Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4-6, with an emphasis on technical detailing and construction phases
• Familiarity with UK building regulations, standards, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team
• Experience in residential projects is highly desirable but not essential

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary (can be negotiable for exceptional candidates)
