This is a brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning practice who operate on a nationwide basis across a plethora of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their London studios.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have strong post qualification experience as an architectural technologist within a UK practice. The individual will have a relevant degree within architectural technology, as well as a background in managing projects within the residential sector. The individual will need experience of job running as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience of job running
- Working towards or has achieved ACIAT chartership
- Strong experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Experience working on projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Strong technical detailing skills and understanding of construction methodologies
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
