I am seeking a skilled Chartered Architectural Technologist with outstanding technical expertise to join a prestigious practice based in Central London. This RIBA-chartered firm specializes in leisure, residential, and masterplanning projects, with an exciting pipeline of work ahead. It's a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, known for delivering exceptional projects both in the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will be CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation, with strong technical skills. Experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects is essential, along with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is highly desirable.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
- Significant experience post qualification
- CIAT/MCIAT accredited
- Create excellent technical designs
- Positive and driven approach to work
- Able to manage deadlines
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- High-end residential experience is beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- AutoCAD experience is beneficial
