A global Interior Architecture firm in London is looking to expand the Senior Leadership team with a well seasoned commercial workplace Interior Designer. Position Overview:
As a Senior Associate Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop creative and functional design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and mentor a team of passionate designers in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will also get the opportunity to network with other offices and travel to the US.
Key Responsibilities:
路Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project timelines.
路Develop innovative design concepts and present them to clients with confidence and clarity.
路Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design solutions.
路Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring quality and sustainability.
路Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
路Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
路Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
路Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
路Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading commercial workplace projects. (Large scale project experience will be hugely beneficial)
路Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and successful project outcomes.
路Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
路Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
路Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
路Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
