A prestigious architectural firm is seeking an experienced Associate-level Architect to join their London studio, following the acquisition of a major new project.
Candidates should possess a Part 3 qualification and have a strong background in project leadership with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience, and includes opportunities for professional development and accreditations.
As part of a collaborative and employee-owned culture, the successful candidate will lead a talented team and manage projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS, along with strong business development skills, is required for this position.

What we’re looking for:

Qualified Architect (Part 3) with strong project leadership experience as a Senior Architect
A portfolio showcasing high-end residential and hospitality projects
Excellent technical, design, and conservation expertise
Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS
Strong business development and client communication skills
Proven experience managing financial aspects of projects
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach
