Associate Job Overview

  • You'll be the main contact for specific work packages, overseeing all RIBA stages (0-7), and coordinating project documentation, ensuring all necessary approvals, consents, and inputs from other disciplines are integrated into the design
  • You'll manage project resources, keeping track of budgets and risk, and maintaining a clear audit trail for decisions
  • You'll ensure that all design output adheres to the company's Quality Management System and contribute to audits when required
  • Leading a team, you'll define roles and responsibilities, identifying training needs, and supporting junior members


Associate Job Requirements

  • Revit proficiency
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership
  • Must be registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)


Associate Salary & Benefits

  • £70,000 - £80,000 salary (D.O.E.)
