A Construction Consultancy who provides numerous services are seeking a Registered Architect with CDM experience & knowledge of Building Control to oversee their diverse project range. This role with give the Consultant an opportunity to progress very well within the company as their long-established and trusted clients are demonstrating a strong demand for a Building Regulation Principal Designer Advisor service, in conjunction with their CDM Principal Design services. You will have the autonomy to manage your own work as they trust their employees with their own work.

The Associate Principal Designer Role

This role will be acting as Principal Designer & Principal Designer advisor within CDM & BSA. You will have the support of other Architects, Building Control professionals as well as further supporting staff when required.

The Successful Associate Principal Designer Will Have:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
  • CDM experience: At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role (required).
  • Architectural or Building Control experience: Architectural degree or Building Control experience (required)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
