Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenConstruction Managerto oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of office fit-out construction projects.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure project expectations are met.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and budget overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and company policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience with Office Fit Out projects as a Construction Manager.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget control and cost management.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are preferred.
