4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager for a high-profile commercial fit-out project in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-focused individual to oversee a dynamic and fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high-quality work and safety standards are maintained.
- Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and tradespeople, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Report directly to the Project Manager, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience managing commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong site management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Carpenter or other trade background is a MUST!
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
