The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury hotel development in London. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety while working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to bring this exceptional project to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the construction of a high-end hotel development from start to finish
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Implement and maintain health & safety and compliance standards across the site
- Solve on-site challenges proactively, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruption
- Provide strong leadership, driving performance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the construction of luxury 5-star hotels
- Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, fit-outs, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex challenges efficiently
- Knowledge of UK building regulations, health & safety, and compliance
- Relevant construction qualifications (CIOB, SMSTS, or equivalent)
