We are working with a leading fit-out company renowned for our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a 1 year fixed-term contract basis. We are looking for someone who has a history of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating a dedication to their work and a commitment to building strong relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring a secure site for all.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project and minimizing disruptions.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on fit-out projects, ideally within the commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering a safe and efficient work environment.
  • A history of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating a dedication to your work and a commitment to building strong relationships.
